Research expertise with an implementation mindset.
MCRC Health is a founder-led research, evaluation, and health innovation consultancy operated by Marshall Clinical Research Consulting, Inc.

Founder and Research Lead
Tyler Marshall, PhD, MPH
Tyler is a health researcher and evaluation leader whose work focuses on substance use, mental health, recovery, implementation, and digital health. His experience spans study design, qualitative and mixed-methods research, survey research, evidence synthesis, program evaluation, performance measurement, knowledge translation, peer-reviewed writing, and grant development.
He has spent three years working in health-system and health-policy settings on grant programs, implementation, and program evaluation. He also brings experience from academia, applied research, and community partnerships, with an emphasis on producing evidence that is both methodologically defensible and useful in practice.
Tyler founded MCRC Health to help organizations answer complex questions with rigour while producing work that supports policy, practice, funding, and implementation. He leads each consulting engagement directly and also leads the research and development program for JARA.

Collaborative model
The right expertise for the question.
MCRC Health is not presented as a large agency. Tyler leads the work and remains the primary point of accountability throughout each engagement.
When a project requires additional expertise, collaborators such as clinicians, researchers, AI engineers, advisors, and people with lived experience are engaged around the question and setting. Roles, data stewardship, and decision authority are made explicit.
